James’ vision has always been to grow the company sustainably whilst maintaining the company’s family values with a particular focus on customer service.
During his esteemed career in the luxury laundry sector, James has gained extensive experience and a vast breadth of knowledge of the 5 star luxury laundry sector, supporting some of the biggest hotel openings in central London since 1999.
He was also the calming influence that drew focus back onto the recovery of the laundry following the devastating fire of 2021 and was intrinsic in the care of our staff at the time.
A Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Launderers, Freeman of the City of London, a member of the Guild of Cleaners & Launderers and Textile Services Association Member, James keeps his finger on the beating pulse of the laundry industry, ensuring we are at the forefront of development.
