Walter Westcott, born in 1888, founded a domestic laundry service in 1915 using nothing more than his own bathtub and a trusted donkey and cart.

We’ve come a long way in the hundred plus years since, and there’s plenty of stories to share, like the time of the great fire...

When Walter Westcott founded this great company in 1915, I doubt he imagined it would still be thriving over a century later. Yet here we are, after surviving being bombed in World War II, enduring the challenges of COVID-19, and overcoming a devastating fire. Royal Jersey Laundry remains, standing tall.

Royal Jersey isn’t just another laundry company; it’s a family institution, a dynasty built on over 100 years of hard work and passion. Today, that same fire passion burns brightly within our dedicated team.
